Dennis Waxman, SVP National Wholesale Sales Director, leads the production team at Amerant Wholesale. Creating culture-rich teams that drive quality production through relationships is his specialty. Dennis has over 25 years of wholesale management experience and has led teams through all markets. He succeeds by building mutual partnerships, providing fundamental value propositions, and fostering genuine friendships within his groups. Dennis helped create, build, and lead wholesale platforms by developing cohesive teams and increasing market share within footprints. He was raised in Central Florida and graduated from Rollins College and Crummer Graduate School of Business located in Winter Park. Dennis and his wife Kim raised two sons who are now adults focused on their journeys within the fine arts. He joined Amerant Mortgage as a leadership team member and is committed to growing third-party production to its potential.
